This site was developed by Frankie S. Burgos primarily for the purpose of sharing his thoughts and ideas when it comes to learning.  Frank is currently a faculty member of the Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University in La Union. His undergraduate degree is Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering and graduate degree of Master of Engineering-Major in Electronics Engineering obtained from Saint Louis University. He is taking up Professional Teaching Certification Program of the UPOU and  presently enrolled in the course Theories of Learning on his second term.
